popped blood vessel? Was having intercourse..girl was on top and bent forward but it felt normal (there was no pain or any type of discomfort) once we completed, i went to the washroom to urinate to find a very large bump on my shaft. I got scared, took her home and when i got back an hour later, the bump was very much gone, but there was blood all inside the skin, I am assuming it was from a popped vessel from being pinched in a wrong way. Also, its actually in the foreskin from what i can tell. There is absolutely no pain or discomfort, and i pee and get erect normally. I know teh blood in the skin will take time to disappear, but my concern is, where the vein popped, there is a small hard lump there now that is always visible. and of course gets harder when im erect. so i'm staying away from this as scared it could pop again.
Would this bump go away with time? Or am I in need of immediate medical attention? As i said, no discomfort, no swelling, no pain, its in foreskin and not penis, just the 1cm ish bump in the vein where it occured
Re: popped blood vessel?given that you had no pain and normal erections it does not sound like a penile fracture, it sounds like a thrombosed vein, this usually takes 6 weeks to resolve, best to not have sex during this time so you will not reinjure it.
