possible testicle cancer

I have A lump on the epidiymis coming from the testicle that kind of feels like a third testicle. I want to go to a urologist but I don't want to worry my parents and I cant even find one near me on any urologist locators my zip code is 47660 by the way. Please help, and is this testicle cancer
