I don't know if this is the place but I think I will start here. For a few months now I have noticed shrinkage of testicles , no other way to put it really, about half of what they were about a year ago. I have much more difficult time getting sexually aroused than a year ago and sperm count is somewhat less also. The most likely reason is that during last winter , january of this year I went out once and almost froze my ass of so to speak . It was a really cold day and I went foolishly out to buy something wearing very thin clothing and stayed in the cold for at least 2 hours for some reason and when I returned I was cold and almost frozen like never before in my life. I have read that cold causes testicle and penis to retreat into the body and it makes sense.
What can I do and whom should I contact ?
