Urology

My son was born last night. The OB noticed a vertical line starting from the base of the shaft (underside) going all the way up to the end of the foreskin. Our last boy was 1st degree hypospadias so not a huge surprise that there may be a defect with the new baby. Can anyone shed some light on what this might be? We won't be able to see a urologist for a few days.
