In april 2009 i found out i had genital warts For 4 months i went for cryotherapy treatment. I had about 4-8 warts depending on that month. Approx the beginning of July for about 1.5 weeks i tried apple cider vinegar on them with mixed results. About 07/14/09 i went to the doctor because i thought i had a UTI because of mild burning when urinating and a lot heat coming from my genitals. The test came up negative. I stopped treatment with the apple cider vinegar. From about 07/14/09 to 09/07/09 i continued to eat and drink like normal when i noticed the heat and burning returned. I had another UTI test and the test came back negative. Every week since 09/08/09 things have gotten a little better very slowly. At random, mostly when sitting for long periods at work i still feel the heat return. but not as bad. Sometimes at night, like tonight, my penis feels cold. But it feels cold on the inside. Not sure if this was do to drinking a lot of water or not. When i go to sleep at night and wake in the morning i feel zero discomfort. Since 09/08/09 i have reframed from all spicy/acidic foods and alcohol. I do not smoke. Both my doctor and i believe that i have irritated my urinary tract. If these sensations do not clear up by Dec do i need to go to an urologist? Could there be another problem even though both tests for infections came up negative?

Please note that the burning when urinating and heat from my genitals was not very painful. More uncomfortable then anything.
