Vaginal Prolapse

I am a 42 year old woman and have had a bulge in my vagina for about 2 years. I see a nurse practioner, who told me that I had a 1st degree prolapse, but never told me what to do about it. She said that it basically happens to all women because of the way that we’re built and the force of gravity.
