Vaginal Prolapse

I'm 25, vaginal prolapse both Rectocele and Cystocele 3rd degree(I think 3rd degree becasue it hangs by the opening of my vagina), have 2 children, a 4 1/2 yr old and a 1 month. My 1st child my baby was crowing for 1hr & my contractions stopped and I needed pitocin, my 2nd delivery with my last baby was fast and I did not push for that long, I tore with both deliveries. My OB/GYN is telling me I need to wait at least 6 months to have her file with my health insurance and at 1st she told me to wait 1yr if nothing was improving, she tried telling me kegels could fix my prolapse prehaps at my postpartum check up, but I know after research and plain common sense my problem will not magicaly go away from a yr of kegels! What should I do to get my surgery sooner/the insurance cover it sooner? I am suffering with this condtion and want relief sooner!
