Vaginal Prolapse

Hi don't know if anyone can help me i'm 33 had 2 children and want more.
I recently went for a smear test to be told they couldn't do it as they couldn't see my cervix because of a vaginal prolapse i was also told my walls were coming in, i do have a slight bulge but not always and it doesn't come too low.
I was told it would probably be an operation to sort this, i have an appointment through to see a gyneocologist in January.
I am about 3 stone overweight (have lost a stone since i was told all this) but was wondering if anyone else has been operated on being overweight or what you were told.
Also will this affect me having more children thanks for any replies x x x
