Vaginal Prolapse

i have had a cyst in the past but my problem is that a week or so before i am suppose to start my period when i go to the bathroom and apply pressure(bear down) some times when peeing mostly when i have a bowel movement i will start to bleed vaginaly(and it is coming from my vagina not my rectum) its not period blood this is bright red fresh blood and i can look and watch it drip when i bear down it will turn the whole toilet red then when i am done it usally stops until i go back to the bathroom again it is really scary it has been going on for many months and my gyno dont know what it is can anyone help!!!! (it only happens a week or so before i start)also when i look in the mirror down there when i am sitting on toilet it looks like stuff is bulging on the inside and when i bear down i can see it come forward some but does not come out if i put my finger in and bear down i can push them out and i cant really keep a tampon in it want to come out. did any one else have bleeding while having bowel movement? does this sound like a prolapse????????

Go get an ultrasound or MRI or something that occurrence is not normal.
