Varicocele

I have recently began experiencing very low volumes of semen during ejaculation the past 2 weeks, and am unable to get off while recieving oral sex. This is a great concern of mine, and I am wondering if my Varicocele could possibly have anything to do with it. It is very visible at times so I may have a bad case of it. I am looking into getting surgery very soon. I have had this for about 5 years, and didnt experience volume issues before. Just recently its become more visible, larger, and now this... it does a number on your mentality!!

I have not heard that it can restrict semen flow. I maybe wrong, its best to speak to a urologist especially a one who is a specialist in the male infertility area. I have heard that mentalally you can affect the semen flow. That by being so concious about the other problem you affect the hormone balance which affects your sexual drive etc... It may pay just to get the varicocele fixed either way. Hope that helps.
