Dragging sensation please comment

With my varicocele there is a persistant dragging and acheing sensation. It's tolerable in the morning but worsens as the day grows long. If I stand too long the pain can be sharp and is only releived to any degree by lieing on my back for a while. I really struggle and have been know to talk to myself because of it. I take antipsychotic medicine just to cope. I've had my varicocele since I was 20, had it corrected when I was 30 and I am know 51. Does anyone else have this problem and if soo, how do you cope? I would love to hear your insight - please respond.
