I am thirty three years old and i was just told i had varicocele I was seen by two urologists in the U.S. who were dismissive about my symptoms. I actually had to go across the border into Mexico and that is were I was diagnosed. I did not know that there where different types of grades of this condition. I was wondering if you guys could let me know as my doctor did not mention this. thanks!

Class 1- Detectable only when coughing usually
Class 2- Can clearly be felt
Class 3- Can be clearly seen

Your doc didnt say because it dosent matter really. If you have pain, shrinkage of testicle or infertility is their only concerns with varicocele.
