Varicocele

Im 26 male ,who is recently had an bilateral varicocele surgery before two months, after the BILATERAL VARICOCELE surgery,still Im getting extreme pain in wires like nerves from testis to the Groin ( blood vessels and vas deference )


In detail about my problem
I had been suffered for 5 months by swelling and pain near left testis sometimes right,which is NOT a CONTINUOUS pain and swelling, pain occurs when swelling found,so I went to a doctor and he checked me, then he said its a VARICOCELE After the visit to doc, They checked varicocele thru scanning, finally he said to have a surgery thru laparoscopy incision. After the surgery within five days I got the same pain in thigh joint area (near groin) in scrotum too , the pain which is high when i touch my scrotum, but the pain was still the same, but slightly swelling found ,again visit the doctor for the pain and he gave me some pain killing tablet.

now a few days before i feel some way for to avoid the pain, if i masturbate once a week i feel good and no pains and no swelling too,. if i stop masturbating once a week then the pain comes suddenly and it disappear till I lay back for three hours.
its like when i flush out the semen then the pain never comes...
I felt this when I had nocturnal emission at night, A week after the surgery I discharged to home, at that night I got pain and slight swelling, so I went to sleep and I had NOCTURNAL EMISSION at that night, and then I feel good at next morning,no pain, no swelling at all, so the pain comes when I stop masturbating once a week,
I tried to ask my doctor about this but he is not even listening me, he just telling that it could be a nerve congestion because of incision made in surgery....

Extra information:
No chance for STD ,cos i never had sex before...
I use to masturbate for long time


1.I like to know what is the real problem now im having with my body ?
2.Is it curable or not ?
3.If this problem has name, what is the name of this problem ?

I can't even do work at my office because of this pain still existing on and off.( not continuously )

even i'm facing the same problem. i had bilateral varicocele surgery done last year. My testicles still swell up and pains alot when i get frequent erections. though even i'v found this maturbating thing a little helpful. but still sometimes when i'm excited i gt the pain.
plz help. What are we suppose to do. Even my doc says that everything is normal and this will go with time!
