Varicocele

I had varicocele when I was about 15 or 16 years old (so, 2 or 3 years ago) and I went through surgery operation. all went good.. the doctor told me to wear jockstraps for a month or so, but i wore them for 2 or 3 weeks. after a while, I noticed that the testicle kept dropping down more and more and began to widen and get bigger. i didn't give much attention to it but now I got a little worried because..well, it's getting kinda huge (embarrased). i mean, it's almost 3 years, shouldn't this get back to normal ? the good thing is, it doesn't hurt, it doesn't have any influence on my sex life, all is fine.. but I'm affraid that this might be something else, not varicocele . i didn't go to the doctor, but i'm planning to go soon, but before I want to know some thoughts on this.. i'd really appreciate

What you seem to be describing is Hydrocele. It's a condition where the fluid sac that surrounds your testicle begins to swell with too much fluid/water.

Unlike Varicocele, Hydrocele rarely causes pain.

Check with a Urologist and see what they say. Doctor's don't always know what some conditions are. My doctor diagnosed me with Epididymitis when it was really Varicocele. He sent me to a Urologist for a second opinion, and that's when I found out what it was.
