Varicocele

I am 27 and had a bilateral varicocele surgery almost 3 months ago. I had noticed for 2+ yrs that my nuts kept getting droopier and that there were alot of veins in my sac. I went to 3 doctors and all 3 said i had a varicocele but that the surgery wouldnt help, that i just had an elongated spermatic cord. The final doc said "WOW" you got a really bad varicocele After the surgery everything started to get better but I noticed that whenever i smoke pot that the veins become really dialated and now, i swear my spermatic cord is like 6 inches longs. My sac is completely full of these fukin veins and my doctor just tells me to quit smoking pot. No sh#t sherlock. I am not a drinker and use pot to relax after a hard days work. What do i do? why cant someone fix my cord or explain why pot would do this?

i have the nutsac of an 80 yr old and i cant run or barely play sports without it hurting or getting in the way.....................

atleast i dont have cancer but jesus this is embarresing and sucks!

Try not smoking for a month and see if the pain, swelling, and visibility reduce. If so, it's time you stopped all together, or risk making your condition worse. You are already upset at the fact of how it looks, right? So, if smoking is the cause and you refuse to stop, you can only blame yourself for it not looking good to you.

Am trying not to sound preachy, but really dude, think about it.
