Varicocele

i (20 yrs old) had undergone varicosele surgery of testiclesTesticle
both left and right last november.
since January i'v been facing a problem. sometimes when i get frequent erections both of my testicles
and lower abdomen area swell up and it pains alot. i'v consulted my doc but as per him everything is alright. i also got a color
dopler which indicated mild hydrocele Please guide me what to do is there any exercise which i should do.help!
