I just had my 3 month semen analysis done after bilateral varicocele surgery, and initial results seem to be very good.

Before surgery, my two tests showed 13 mil/ml with 3.2 ml total ejaculate and 30 mil/ml with 4.2 ml total ejaculate.

After surgery, it went up to 64 mil/ml with 5.2 ml total ejaculate. The quality greatly improved too. Now I just have to hope they are strong enough swimmers to get my wife pregnant!!
