Hello all. Just found out from an ER trip last night that the pain I've been having that has intensified over the past 24 hours was diagnosed by an ultrasound as being bilateral Varicoceles with a small hydrocele on the left testicle. It'll be another 3 weeks before I'm able to see a urologist, so my wife & I are grasping for some answers. I was wondering from those of you who have, or have had these, are you able to have sex or masturbate with this condition? Or even get an erection without pain? I didn't know if the resulting influx of blood to the area would make the problem worse. Please share. Thanks.
