My Dh had the surgery almost 6 months ago. We weren't able to conceive after 1 year of trying. He was operated in October. We went for our 3 month SA and the results were devistating. It's as if he had no sperm whatsoever. Before the operation he had 1.5 million now 500,000. We are devistated. My DH is to go back next month and have the second SA and we are hoping/praying for better results. The 6 month analysis is supposed to tell us how everything will progress.
