Thank-you for sharing your story. After years of considering the procedure and backing out once before during the first counseltation last year, I'm finally scheduled for my surgery on December 3rd. I'm honestly scared because I'm very active for a 37 year old but after reading your story I feel a little bit better.

I agree with everything he said about the big V but i had more pain just had it on Jan 16 and will have my first office visit on jan 30th. The first day I even drove myself home but after a short nap the pain showed up. Play station was my companion after day 3 because the first two days I had a hard time standing and all I wanted to do was lay around. Felt like i was going to pass out when I stood but that could of been the tylenol with codine messing with me. As of this posting I am feeling pretty good but i still cant run. I will stress this tight underwear or jock is your buddy and WILL help. I agree also with the statement gravity is your enemy.
