Is it common to have blood in the semem after a vasectomy?

It can be if the vasectomy was recent, more oten it is due to inflammation in the seminal vesicles or prostate

Thanks for the reply. I had the procedure done last
friday, so that tells me it is blood remaining from cutting the vessels during the surgury.

I sould clarify that. The procedure was done a week ago Friday. Nine days ago.
