Vasectomy

My husband had a Vasectomy 6 months ago and he healed up fine. The only thing he has noticed is fullness in his balls that doesn't go away. If your a man you know once you ejaculate your balls don't feel as full. That's the one thing he misses and we are wondering if there is something you can do to relieve some of that pressure he is feeling. Maybe messaging will help? Also, I have heard that your body will start to absorb the sperm over time, how often does this happen? Thanks
