I am 39 and have gone through the same issues with just an anti-inflammatory given. An Urgent care doctor gave me an anti-inflammatory at 3th week and same goes with the Urologist 4th week. I am in my 5 week. I have called the urologist b/c I started to feel a burning/pain infrequent at the tip of the penis after urinating. I also did a pH check to see and it came out alkalinity. called and waiting for a reply from Urologist.

I have found out that a body wash soap contains triclosan can be a culprit(target brand states clearely triclosan as a main ingredient). since I realized that once I started using this soap my testicular pain began. I replaced it a week ago and my symptoms almost dissappeared. Coincidence? Do a research on the ingredient. triclosan is found in many products ,but I am feeling better once I stopped using it.
I am still doing blood analyzes and following up with my primary physician.

I know another person whose testicular pain can be correlated to triclosan use. Also several individuals including myself with pain in the perineum (between the legs)--especially when seated-- and urinary symptoms ("prostatitis like"), resolved after discontinuing triclosan. The major discomfort abates mostly within a week... the rest slowly over months.

Be careful to avoid triclosan in: toothpaste, deodorant, hand soap and other personal care products. Also helpful to avoid: caffeine, alcohol, chocolate & stress.

Watch your thyroid (T4/T3) and testosterone levels. Some research shows triclosan can affect those in animals.
